Winket consultancy

Winket, construction costs made clear
When giving an estimate for a builing project or a renovation project, our aim is to clarify to the commissioner and to the architect what the economic consequences of their plans are in all stages; from their initial budgets tot the final contract.

Winket, advice on housing economics
In the end it is all about 'housing economis', not just about the lowest possible construction costs. Therefore we are pleased to use our expertise on operation and maintenance in your building project. Alternatively, we can also 'just' give estimates or assist in negotiations.

Winket, research and publications
We do analyses on the construction costs of fully finished projects. The results of these analyses are used in several ways in our construction costs documents. Some of these projects are suitable as a 'reference project' in our 'Winket reference projects based model'. You can read more about this reference projects based approach elsewhere on our website.
Our project analyses are published in the journal 'Bouwmarkt' (Reed Business) and other journals.

Winket, protecting the quality of construction cost data
We gather all the data of our analyses together and combine them. This way we create a clear overview of construction costs that are 'realized in the field' (average and range) on the level of the so-called functional element ('technical solutions', acc. to NEN-Standaard 2634). We use the results to test the unit prices in our database, which are composed of materials, labour and subtractor costs.

Winket, providing data on construction costs
We provide the data on construction costs and the methodical framework (acc. to NEN-standard 2634) of the 'Winket reference projects based model' in the software Kubus-Kalk by 'Kubus Architectural Solutions' in Eindhoven
